Works with Service Manager and Customers to ensure accurate and timely Work Orders from estimates to invoices. This is a high customer contact first on the phones position that will interface with mechanics, inventory and invoicing staff, Service Manager and Fleet Manager.

Job Requirements:

- To communicate effectively and maintain accurate shop records
- Good customer/peer relationships and communication skills.
- Communicate daily with customers to request and attain purchase orders, and update customers on work in progress via e-mail and phone.
- Maintain professional appearance and is responsive to customer and team member requests.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required. CDL A recommended.
- Accurately check, edit and close work orders and complete required paperwork and enter data into the designated software programs.
- Comply with all site specific rules, procedures, and duties.
- Keeps work area clean and safe.
- Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock; communicate effectively with parts department; place orders when necessary and verify receipt with the parts department.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read technical and regulation publications.
- Enhance maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to personal job accomplishments.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
